This summer, for YW/YM camp, our stake is going on the trek reenactment in Wyoming. I'm really excited because I went on the trek about 4 weeks after I turned 12, so I just barely got to go. And now, I might get to be a ma; but even if I don't, I'll still get the amazing trek experience. Last time, we went to Martin's Cove, the Sweetwater Crossing, and Salt Lake. This year, we're still doing the Marrtin's Cove, but we're not doing the Sweetwater. We are doing Rocky Ridge, which will be an amazing, but grueling, experience. My friend, my younger sister, and I are going to be doing exercises, and 2-mile walks/jogs, as well as Pilates and plenty of other getting-physically-fit things . We want to be physically, mentally, and spiritually prepared for whatever we have to face on this trek. I'm determined to prepare well for this trek, because last time, we had moved here only a couple months beforehand, so we didn't get to do any of the walks or square dancing to prepare for it. I'm really excited about this trek, and am determined to make it worth remembering for the rest of my life.

So, the only thing that's really been going on is musical practices until 6:00, so I'm at the school from 6:50 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. But it's really been worth it, because it's coming together nicely. I'm really excited that my sister Steph is coming up from Utah with her family to see it, because she was in The Music Man when she was in high school. Hopefully, it turns out to be a really good show!
